If we sign you it means that we already love what you're doing and see a great deal of promise in your career. We run Puffin Records as a partnership between record company and artist. Artists manage their own career without interference from "the suits." If you want help we try our best to get it for you. If you want to be left alone to do your thing we are good at that too.

There's no pressure, no hard sell, just a bunch of people who love music working together to see that it gets heard. Oh yeah, and we believe artists should get paid for what they do. So if this sounds like your kind of thing send us some music with your contact information and we'll take a listen.

Send your music on a CD to the address above under "Information For Artists." Include a photograph of yourself, a bio, and any other pertinent information — like your address, telephone number(s), etc. There is no need for a big fancy package, a plain padded envelope (to protect your CD) will do just fine.

Do not email music files, they will not be heard. And please do not telephone us or email us to see if we have listened to your music yet! We are are a very small company and have a huge amount of music to listen to. Please be patient.
